SSB Orientation & Personality Development along with guidance for cracking the Written Examination

One of the most important feature of training at Baluni Defence Academy is, that along with preparation of written examination the academy also focuses on the wholesome personality development of an individual. In order to achieve the same, the classes on nurturing the leadership skills and personality development, are conducted on routine basis. These classes are undertaken by the specialist professional team of officers te, the GTO, Psychologist & the Interviewing Officer, who have been ex assessors at various SSBS (Services Selection Boards) themselves. During the training at the BDA, the candidates are taught on variety of methods and means to enhance there leadership qualities te. officer like qualities. It is important to highlight here that, Personality Development is a slow, continuous and dynamic process. Hence the period of six months to two years, for which students are available with us, to prepare for the academic session/NDA written examination are fully fruitfully utilised. The available time is equally utilised towards enhancing the student’s overall personality development. The same also facilitates the candidates, long term preparation for the SSB. All this in turn helps them to achieve their ultimate goal of getting through the NDA/SSB thereafter.

Written Coaching: The academy conducts written coaching programme for various entries like NDA, CDS AFCAT, ACC, RIMC, RMS, SS and SSB etc.

Personal Attention: One of the key feature for training at the BDA is that, we provide personalised guidance to our each candidate. In order to achieve the same, we maintain limited number of candidates in each batch/ class. This also assists, the candidates to clarify there personal doubts related to the subject. By virtue of this the classes are made more interactive, interesting and meaningful for the candidates.

Written Faculty: The academy has a dedicated set of professional, competitive & seasoned faculty for all the subjects ie. Maths/English/General Studies/General Ability Practice, science and humanities. The faculty members are fully devoted lot in imparting fully result oriented knowledge & education.

Mock Test: The nitty-gritties related to cracking the competitive written examination are taken care off, by conducting test on routine basis Le. weekly/monthly, Mock tests are conducted to monitor and evaluate the performance/progress of each candidate and due rewards maintained. Once the correction of answer-sheet has been done, one on one individual counseling of each candidate/student is carried out. After the candidates have been apprised of their performance, all possible corrective measures to be undertaken by each students are suggested.

Time Management: It is a very well established fact that time is always at premium, while attempting any competitive examination. Therefore in order to succeed, time management technique/tips to successfully complete the paper in a given time frame is also taught to the candidate. Extensive practice in order to master the technique is imparted to the candidates, by administering them with variety of mock test on regular basis.wish you all the best.
